DAY ON THE HILL: Thursday June 10th, 2004

APPNA will be organizing the day on the hill, with PAKPAC:
Thursday June 10th, 2004: (10 am to 230 pm) Focus: Civil Rights of Pakistani Americans and American Muslims.

We urge you to join us on this event, where we will be working on the following active plans:

a. Meeting in the morning with our members of congress for our individual state and informing them about our prime concern and support of CLRA (Civil Liberties Restoration Act).

b. Working and educating our members of congress about the upcoming laws and legislations that we would urge them to support, which would be to protect the rights of Pakistani Americans, American-Muslims and all other Americans.

c. We would subsequently be attending a reception, luncheon where we will have our members of congress attend as well and discusses the specific issues, this would subsequently be followed by rally, as well as a press conference.

d. Anyone, who is interested to join this event (and is able to set up time with their members of congress for a meeting that morning between 10 AM to 12 noon), is requested to contact us as soon as possible: info@pakpac.net . Please also let us know which member of congress you will be communicating with on the day on the hill.

PAKPAC LUNCHEON: Saturday June 12th, 2004: 12 noon

The luncheon would be held on Saturday June 12th, 2004 at noontime at Marriott at Wardman Park Washington DC. Guest will be announced later.

PAKPAC DINNER: Thursday December 23rd, 2004, 7 PM

The PAKPAC Dinner will be help on Thursday December 23rd, 2004 at 7 PM in Islamabad. The facility details will be informed later.
