2) Reversal of roles. Now the larger NGO/agencies to provide local smaller ones with resources to implement a smarter locally acceptable, but modern rebuilding plan, with physician and intellectual infra structure opportunities.
3) Remain committed to the region as this would be at least a 10 year return to some level of normalcy

5) Identify ways and means to increase livelihood of the people locally and ways of developing newer, better local economies.

1. Local specialized NGOs increase plans to make model villages with other NGOs joining in with their expertise e.g. Schools and education part.
Water and sanitation part,
Human development part and identify sources for sponsorship.
2. Understand that this would be a unique opportunity for doing it right. Rebuild environmentally appropriate villages and systems to rebuild the part of the wounded nation.
