DAY ON THE HILL PLANNING REMINDER
Pakistani American Community Day on the Hill is on Feb 26th, 2009. If you have not already done so, please write
to your members of congress both Representatives and
Senators to setup an appointment to meet with them. The
appointment can be set by using the following suggested method:
Please email us once you receive confirmation of your appointment

Please provide
with time and location
of your appointment.
Write your name, address and
telephone number on the letter placed below, email or fax it to the
Washington DC office of your members of congress.
(This link will
provide you contact information of your Congressperson). Follow
up your request with a phone call to Congressperson office and secure your
appointment.

to meet with you to discuss some issues that are of concern to me.
The Pakistani-American
Public Affairs Committee and other organizations are coordinating an Advocacy Day on the Hill on Feb 26th, 2009.
I would like to setup an appointment
on that day to meet with you to discuss the following issues in more detail between
10 AM to 12 noon or between 2-4 PM for 15 minutes in your office.

Pakistan 's role and the affect on the people of Pakistan in the
war on terror.

Recommendations on the Long Term Pakistan US Relations.

US role in facilitating a strong Pakistan-India Relationship

would also like to invite you to a
breakfast and/or lunch
reception on that day, where you will have an opportunity to share
your views with the Pakistani-American Community at large. Details
