The future leadership council would consist of individuals from the Pakistani American community who have shown leadership skills and have excelled in their work and would be able to serve as guides and mentors to the community members. This committee would work and help bring the experience and training level of the members of the youth committee to the level where they youth may be able to progress successfully in their careers in advocacy work.
