RESPONSIBILITIES OF PAK PAC STATE REPRESENTATIVE

1. Getting at least 50 paying members with 100 dollars each at the inception of the chapter.
(The State Representative can have lesser members, but the total sum contribution should be $5000 to central office). The paying members must fulfill the Federal Election Commission requirements of being PAC members.

2. Maintaining records and information on the above and sharing with central office.
3. Developing a team of six individuals including

(a). Vice President
(b). Secretary.
(c). Treasurer.
(d). State representative and senator coordinator.
(e). Local Event coordinator.
(f). Collaboration with existing Pakistani Association in the area.

4. Collaborating and working relationship with existing Pakistani American Organizations and American Muslim Organizations in the state.

5. Have a reasonable state based network to raise funds in ones states or other states fund raising in a timely fashion.

6. Developing understanding and relationship with POCs in the offices of the Congressman and Senators in the area.

7. Developing a team of at least three writers to help with the National pool of writers.

8. Develop a large list or group emails in the area to share action items only for writing and responding on issues.

9. Developing/ collecting a team of Individuals with quality to speak on issues.

10. Develop a team of individuals, who would serve as think tanks within the state and help in the National pool of think tanks.

11. Develop a pool of at least 3 individuals who can write reports with reasonable in depth study on specific subjects.

12. Willingness to collaborate with other organizations.

13. Identifying youth in the area, which would server as interns for congressional and senatorial offices.

14. Collaboration with other states in the area for the function.

15. Reporting to the central office on quarterly basis on the above responsibilities.

16. Implementing the team of Congressional District Coordinators in your state

17. Follow the code of conduct and ethics of PAKPAC
