Eligibility criteria and code of conduct requirements for the PAKPAC State Representative:

1. US citizen or permanent resident.

2 . Have involvement in the local political system in their communities and have working relationship with members of the Congress in their area.

3 . Available and committed to provide the input and take on tasks, and become members of committees within PAKPAC for specific functions.

4 . Attend more than 60% of the conference calls, as called by the president and the secretary of the organization.

5. Plan to attend at least two of the PAKPAC meetings in any given year.

6. Communications and Public Speaking Skills of the individual will need to be taken into account.

7 . He/She shall act at all times with honesty, integrity and responsibility and in spirit of good faith and fair dealing.

8 . He/She shall not engage in unfair, harsh or unconscionable conduct including but not limited to financial or intellectual, moral dishonesty such as providing dishonest information in order to mislead for personal gain or otherwise.

9. He/She shall not conduct their activities on behalf of PAK PAC in a manner involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, misrepresentation or bias.

10. He/She shall observe both the letter and sprit of laws of United States

11. The officers will not exploit their position for any personal gain.

12. The State Representative must acknowledge these facts:

a) These positions are voluntary and honorary and require organizational and communication skills.

b) These positions require the use of personal time and financial expense, out of the individual’s day to day business and activities and that the individual can afford to give such time and expense.

c) The functioning of these positions at times may need priority over personal business and time and the individual will be able to willingly and gladly sacrifice personal priorities while holding the position.

d) During his/her tenure of Board Position, of a State Representative feels or finds out that it is not possible for him/her to give such quality prioritized time the individual will resign from the position. Such individual will preserve the right to finish their tenure at the time of a new election cycle for officers of the organization.
