PAKPAC office of Media Relations
monitors the media and responds to stories that mentioned Pakistan
and Pakistani-Americans, and use inappropriate inaccurate misrepresentation.
We seek to correct them, if they are wrong. If the story is accurate,
we thank the reporter.
Whether or not there
is an inaccuracy, we offer reporters resource to ensure enhance
reporting in future. We are also in the process of setting up a
Pakistani-American news section with specific coordination with
other Pakistani-American community members for appropriate information
sharing.
